Sunset Gatherings is surrounded by nature’s elegance…tall trees, a fish pond with gazebo, an ornamental fountain, a swimming pool surrounded by a rod iron designed fence and stone wall with the gentle roar of the Cane River flowing along it’s side. Wrapping up this magical space is a 100+ year old 3 story tobacco barn which has been a back drop for many photos. All this within its intimate 3 acres, is also the riverside amphitheater and a groomed level lawn for event tents.. The two parking areas are both within a short walking distance of all amenities. Inclusive Site and Package Information
Sunset Gatherings offers a wide array of pricing options to fit most any type of unique event gathering. Options generally include the use of the in-ground swimming pool as well as riverside amphitheater, which seats up to 100 guests on custom black walnut benches. Have more than 100 guests? No problem! There’s room for an additional 100 guests in the amphitheater seated in chairs. Our inclusive packages add host and parking staff, tables, chairs, tablecloths, and events tents to fit almost any occasion.

The Riverside Amphitheater
A truly romantic setting for wedding ceremonies, our riverside amphitheater also serves as an ideal location for worship services, small storytelling & music festivals, fundraising functions, as well as private party movie nights.
The Amphitheater can be reserved for private functions in 3 hour time blocks starting at just $200.
The Pool
The Sunset Gatherings pool is a popular local choice for smaller group gatherings such as birthday and graduation parties. The pool and the area around the pool are yours exclusively during the event.

The Grounds
The groomed level lawn is designed to accommodate a single event tent as large as 60′ x 90′. There is plenty of space adjacent to the “tent space” for adding additional (smaller) tents, food vendors (including food trucks) as well as entertainment. With its two 21′ interior ceiling peaks and fabric legs which stretch to the ground, Sunset Gatherings own Startwin tent adds it own special touch to tented affairs.
